The Branstone Guest House in the center of Llandudnois is built of local stone and dates back
from the middle of the 19th century. It is located at
the foot of the Great Orme, a huge limestone head visible
for miles around with a large part of it designated as
a Countryside Park.
The area is steeped in history. It was once home to a
large Bronze Age community and was also known to the
vikings who gave the Orme its name.
Today Llandudno is a Victorian Heritage Resort with
a long promenade set along its own bay. The town

excellent shopping, restaurants to suit all tastse
and many fine buildings.

and lakes of the Snowdonia National Park or visit
the ancient
castles built by King Edward 1 of England and Prince
Llewlyne of Wales.

open to the public as well as famous gardens such
as those at Bondant.

trains to slate caverns. The North Wales Theatre

you and golf, sailing, rock climbing and hill walking
will entertain you.
